BEFORE SERVICE: According to the clients' requirement and actual situation, we will furnish the technology consultation and kinds of information.  

AFTER SERVICE: Guarantee for one year or 1000 running hours (accord to whichever reach first) from arrival date of destination port. During the guarantee period, we will provide the free easy-damaged spare-parts for problems caused by our quality of production or raw material, except the damageable spare parts of diesel engine caused by customer's incorrect man-made operation. After expiration, our company provides cost spare-parts maintenance for gensets.

Question: What's your warranty period?
Answer: Our payment terms is 1 year or 1000 running hours whichever comes first. But based on some special project, we can extended our warranty period.

Question: Does your generators has global warranty?
Answer: Yes, most of our products like Cummins, Perkins, Doosan power generator enjoy the global warranty service. And the alternator we use like Leroy Somer, Stamford, marathon also enjoy the global warranty service, so you do not need to worry about the after-sales service.

Question: What's your payment terms?
Answer: We can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment or L/C at sight, L/C deferred payment terms or west union.

Question: What's your delivery time?
Answer: Delivery period normally will be 10~45 days after receiving customers' deposit.
